Long Horned Carabao in the Philippines. The caption says they are 14 foot long, but I would say 6 or 7 foot is more likely the distance from tip to tip, so that could still be a record maybe. Does anyone know if their is a record for the longest Carabao horns in the Philippines?
Postcard 'Greetings from the Philippine Islands" A very traditional Philippines scene with a small Nip Hut House and a farmer with his Carabao and cart. Notice the tall roof of the house and the big window openings with flap style Nipa Palm shutter that are lodged open with a Kawayan or bamboo cane.
An old Philippines Postcard showing a Carabao pulling a bamboo sledge with a big sack of Rice, outside a nice traditional Nipa style house constructed with a wooden frame, covered in Bamboo and palm. Notice also the woven Bamboo bridge across the canal or gully beside the road.
