A rare sight of a Agave sending out its tall flower shoot. Agave are know to die soon after flowering, but seeds from the flower will produce many new plants to replace the original. Some Agave can take up 100 years before flowering, but most will be under 20 years. Photo taken at Canaan Hill Farms and Honey Garden, Uson, Caibiran, Biliran Province.
